  • Do you have a show room?

    In 2011, we decided to close all our physical showrooms and run purely online. This reduced our cost and all benefit is reflects on our price. So please feel free to browse our products online, we have tried our best to describe each products in details and if you want to see a physical samples before making a decision, feel free to contact our customer service team.

Pricing and Discount

  • Do you provide discount?

    The prices on our website is catalogue price only, for our discount price, please contact us. 

  • Do you price match other suppliers?

  • How competitive are your prices?

    Our prices are already very competitive as they’re sourced directly without the aid of a middleman or manufactured ourselves. However, if you spot any prices lower than ours, let us know and we’ll try to price-match. For more details on our best price guarantee policy, please see here.

Payment and Shipping

  • What is the payment terms? 

    For order less than AUD 800, we require full payment upfront. For total amount over AUD800, we require 50% deposit on order confirmation and balance 7 days after delivery. 

  • What is the payment method? 

    We accept Direct Deposit and Credit Card payment (2% surcharges apply for credit card payment).See here for details.

  • Do you ship orders outside Australia?

    Of course! We  ship to anywhere in the world.

  • What's the lead-time for your products? 

    For products we keep in our Australia warehouse, we generally dispatch them within 2 working days. For custom made order, it generally takes 4-12 weeks to make and ship,For detail time frame, please visit specific product details page.

  • Can I pay extra for express delivery?

    Of course! Contact our customer service team for more information on how we can get those products to you in record speed.

  • Can I cancel the order after order confirmation? 

    Yes, you can cancel the order after the order confirmation but before the start of mass product. (Cancellation fees may apply)

  • Can I provide my own bag design? 

    Of course, we can custom-make bags in any design.

  • What is a Non-woven Polypropylene Bag?

    A non-woven polypropylene bag or ‘Green Bag' is a durable, reusable and environmentally friendly bag first made known in Australia through Coles supermarket branches. Some other common names include: Non-woven P.P. Bag, Non-woven Fabric Bag and Non-woven Spun bond Bag.
