The most cost-effective way to print onto a non-woven bag. Recommended when the artwork involves fewer than 7 PMS colours.
Heat Transfer Print
Here images from pre-printed (CMYK process) paper are transferred onto the bag fabric by contact heat. This produces clear, very well defined photo-quality images.
Digital Laminate Print
Images are printed directly onto the fabric, this method includes a final lamination of the image with a gloss or matte finish to give vibrant and distinct images (minimum order is 10,000 units)
A transfer is produced by printing sublimation ink onto transfer paper and then heat pressing it onto the product. Sublimation ink is actually a dye so there is no ink build-up on the finished print and it looks like part of the product.
If you are not sure which decoration option is suitable, please contact our bag specialist, we will explain and advise the best options for your artwork.
